Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At Raxmi Perfumes, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy outlines the terms for cancellation, returns, and refunds.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Returns

Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in the following cases:

Note: Returns should be requested within 5 days of delivery in case of above issues. Images of issues with the product need to be uploaded for return processing.

Refunds

Once the issue is verified and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
